Bayer CropScience (BCS) is committed to the long term improvement and support of proper agronomic activities, supporting growers managing the risk of their winter wheat crops. In order to give winter wheat its best protection and to reduce the risk of winter kill, Bayer promotes the use of high quality seed treatments like Raxil.

To share the risk with the grower, Bayer offers its Winter Wheat Establishment Program, which allows growers to save on subsequent product purchases of Bayer products in case they have to reseed their winter wheat due to lack of crop establishment the next spring.

Growers who treat their winter wheat with Raxil PRO / Raxil PRO Shield in the fall and who have to take their winter wheat out of production due to poor overwintering or other issues are offered the following savings on Bayer products used on the re seeded crop:

Reseeding into Canola

If a grower uses Raxil PRO or Raxil PRO Shield on winter wheat and has to take the field out of production Bayer offers a grower $150 per bag off InVigor hybrid canola if they reseed InVigor canola into their winter wheat field.

Reseeding into Cereals, Pulses or Soybean

If a grower uses Raxil PRO Shield on winter wheat and has to take the field out of production Bayer offers a grower $10 per acre off a Bayer seed treatment if they reseed into their winter wheat field a cereal, pulse crop or soybeans treated with a Bayer seed treatment product.
